NOBLE U.S.A. ANNOUNCES NEW MINIATURE JOYSTICK WITH RETURN-TO-CENTER FEATURE

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL - Noble U.S.A., Inc. has introduced its new XVL161 Series, 2-axis potentiometer joystick with a spring-activated return-to-center feature. The XVL161 offers ±25° travel in a compact, rugged housing, making it suitable for hand-held, single-finger or thumb operated remote controllers. Typical applications include consumer electronics, CCTV, studio/stage lighting, robotics, light industrial control units, or any other application requiring multiple control functions from a single finger-activated device.

The XVL161 joystick features a rugged, steel frame construction and measures just 12mm below housing. It is available with a tactile push button switch within the lever which can be activated in all positions.

The Noble miniature joystick offers a 1 million cycle operating life. It has a 0.0125 Watt power rating and a rated voltage of 50V AC / 5V DC. The units operating torque is 11 +8/-6mNom.
